He was the pioneer who revolutionized the infrastructure industry in Central India. When he started, his idea was simply to look beyond what was visible to the human eye. Tired of the routine streamlined processes, he wanted to build something that would not only make people wonder about the existing possibility but would also inspire them to chase further and not settle with the ordinary.
When he started Bansal Construction Works in 1985, with his intellect, vision, ethics, and expertise he carved it exactly the way he aspired it to be.
As a believer in the power of education, he desired to create a difference in one way or the other. He started “Sushila Devi Bansal Public School”, a charitable school, and had also laid the foundation for the Shriniwas education society, along with various engineering and tech colleges in Bhopal and Indore.
After establishing a strong foot in the infra sector, he started to advance in FMCG, Iron & Steel, healthcare, and the construction industry.
Mr. Anil Bansal once said, “If you don’t have an eye for details, you are most likely to miss out on creating a bigger impact.”
He is a civil engineer and has been in the business for almost 4 decades. He believes it is the details that create distinction, be it designing standard operating procedures or creating the best work culture.
Having worked for more than 3 decades in different domains, he is seen frequently switching hats from the field of construction to manufacturing to marketing to finance, and then to construction again
He is the secretary of the Bansal Group and believes that being an entrepreneur is not just about finding the best solutions, but it is equally about having the foresight of the challenges and opportunities in the business.
