Formed in 2016, the BANSAL Pathways Habibganj Pvt. Ltd. is yet another venture by the Bansal Group in the construction segment. Adding another achievement to their wall of accolades, Bansal Pathways is the nation's first-ever private limited company, to be assigned a redevelopment project of a railway station under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) with IRSDC.
In lieu of redeveloping the Habibganj Railway Station in Bhopal, Bansal Group has been allotted 5 parcels of land outside the railway station for commercial development (2 in the West and 3 in the East region).
The group is also parallelly working on its dream project, Bansal-One. It is a 16-storey building, deliberately designed to stand as an exemplary case of infrastructure, design and aesthetics.
