Our newly redeveloped World-class Rani Kamalapati Railway Station has received 5 star GEM Rating by ASSOCHAMfor being the first Green & sustainable station in the history of Indian Railways.

The railway station is designed and built as per Green Building parameters i.e. maximum use of natural light, better ventilation, use of recyclable materials, use of recycled water, tapping of solar power, rain water harvesting, environmental-friendly construction. Sustainable building design has been adopted and also climate conscious approach that ensured minimum harm to environment, while the whole construction was on process. Sustainable building design also ensures optimum use of energy, water, natural resources, less waste generation and creates space for healthy and comfortable living, as compared to conventional buildings.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

As part of its initiatives under Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), the Company has undertaken projects in the areas of promotion of education, eradicating hunger & poverty, initiatives towards Community Service and Rural Development, Healthcare, Plantation & Environment Development, Protection of National heritage, Art, Culture etc. These projects were in accordance with the CSR Policy of the Company and Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013.

Education

Bansal Group strives to contribute towards the welfare of the society through the means of various initiatives. Established in the year 2009 in the memory of Late Smt. Sushila Devi Bansal W/o Shri K.C. Bansal, run by Shrinivas Education Society, Sushila Devi Public School is one such initiative that aims to provide free of cost education to the unprivileged section of the society. The medium of the school is English. With the sole purpose of shaping them in every aspect of life by providing better education facilities for Social, cultural, spiritual, physical development, citizenship and leadership qualities the schools offers to provide classes from KG1 to 8th Std..

Environment Conservation

At Bansal Group of Companies, we are not only determined to make our premises comply with environmental regulations and standards but also try to keep the environment safe around the city. We have put in a lot of effort to cut down fuel and power consumption by installing latest technologies that helps in reducing the pollution level. It not only helps in bringing the cost of production down but also in maintaining a healthy habitat

We have adopted many initiatives to save water through sustained water harvesting in our plant and have installed water harvesting units at many places near our plant. We also carry out numerous plantation drives with the help of students, teaching faculties and our employee units, helping them understand the larger environmental issues and participate in rescuing our mother Earth.
